Celebrate Health This 4th of July!

Holidays can be challenging when you've set a weight loss goal. Drinks, side dishes, an almost endless supply of junk foods, cookouts with an entire dessert table. As the saying goes, "Fail to plan and plan to fail"! If you're not sure what the food spread will be, if you'll see a single vegetable, or if you'll be able to say no to the chips, cookies, or a fourth beer, plan ahead!

Bring a few side dishes or a main course that you know you'll be able to go to if the choices are slim to none in the healthy department. Stay healthy, satiated, and still celebrate with everyone else at the party.
