I'm glad you stopped by! Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I've been coaching and instructing fitness for over 12 years. And I love sharing my passion with others. Pilates, Yoga, aerobics, strength, nutrition, cooking, Personal Training, moving and feeling better, these have not only been my career, but my passion. Small changes make big impacts, and if I can better someone's life by my example, encouragement, or instruction, my passion has become my career path. Your health and wellness isn't my job, it's what I live for.
