One-on-One Personal Training

If you are ready to make lasting changes, the One-on-One Training option offers you personal accountability, nutrition counseling, bi-monthly Fitness Assessments, and a fitness program tailored exactly to your ability, goals, level, and readiness- all in the conveneince of your own home and schedule. This is the ultimate step to spending some quality You Time to get fit, healthy, and awesome. Are you ready? 

 

One-on-One Yoga​

There are many reasons to choose Yoga as a fitness avenue. Relaxation, better focus, healthier movement, low-impact fitness, peace of mind, or any combination therein. One-on-One Yoga offers the privacy to ask questions, adjust poses to the way your body moves, plus a focus on your unique aches, pains, and movement limitations. It will provide the personal guidance you need to get the most out of your yoga practice. Namaste.

 

One-on-One Pilates

Pilates is a great way to adress imbalances, stiffness, and weakness in the body. Unfortunately, to get the personal attention needed to perfect each movement requires analysis of where your own tightness, weakness, and movement limitations lie. One-on-One Pilates will enable you to progress through each movement, using opposition, breath, and cueing exactly as needed to maximize results, giving you strength, energy, and ease of movement. Let's do this! 

 

Small Group Personal Training 

At a more affordable rate than One-on-One Training, Small Group offers the comraderie and playfulness of a group workout, and the focus on goals, ability levels, and personal progress of a private session. You will recieve weekly group nutrition advice and a group Assessment every 10 weeks. This is also a great way to workout witih your significant other at a time and place tailored exactly to your needs!

 

Small Group Pilates/Yoga

This is a wonderful option for the Pilates and Yoga enthusiasts that either have a hard time fitting into a studio schedule and budget, or would like more guidance with poses, moves, and exercises at an affordable rate. It's also a great option for couples, friends, and family members to spend time together and on themselves! A workout buddy enables higher adherence and more fun!

Group Classes

Have an event in your company or a large friend group that would like to get in shape together or train for a specific event or purpose? Try out the group class offering for 5 or more people. This is a great, low-cost way to get regular training into your routine, start a wellness initiative, and stay social!  Pick from a variety of offerings- Boot Camp, Interval Training, Tone & Sculpt, Barre, Pilates, Yoga. Have a special request? Just ask!
