For years, we've been told to consume low-fat or fat-free dairy for better health, stronger bones, and muscles. But as it turns out, that's not quite true. Not only has cutting out the fat in dairy been proven to be adverse to the health benefits they tout, but the calcium and nutrients our bones need are provided elsewhere in much better, bio-available forms. So next time you have your coffee, get the cream and enjoy life just a little bit more.
