Food should be something you enjoy, something that energizes, awakens the senses, and satisfies, as well as nourishes. If you look at food as a chore, a challenge, or a fattening guilt enducing element of your life- you need to change your lifestyle, and forget the diet!

There a many elements affect our reaction to food. Mental, physical, emotional, social... they all add up to our total experience of food. It may be good, or bad. But one thing is sure, there's not one diet or one way for everyone. And if you've been on and off the dieting for, well, as long as you can remember, maybe it's time to change something bigger. Perhaps eating should become a lifestyle, not a diet.

Bring joy and satisfaction back to your eating habits. Don't look at food as a chore, a guilty pleasure, or a binge-fest. Healthy can mean happy- with food, with cooking, with eating!

In order to get you started on your journey to healthy eating (not dieting), let's change your lifestyle and go back to cooking amazingly yummy things that will satisfy mind and body, (and maybe even your family!).
